Refund & Credit Policy

At Living Transformations, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality continuing education (CE) experiences for mental health professionals. Please review our policy regarding refunds and credits prior to registering for a workshop.

No Refund Policy

All workshop registrations are non-refundable. Due to the nature of live, scheduled CE events and the immediate allocation of resources upon registration, we do not offer monetary refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Flexible Credit Option

While refunds are not provided, we offer a full credit for the amount paid under the following conditions:

You are unable to attend your scheduled workshop
You notify us prior to the start of the workshop (preferred but not required)

Your credit can be:

Applied to any future workshop
Used for any available date
Transferred to another Clinician

No Expiration

Credits issued do not expire, allowing you the flexibility to reschedule at your convenience.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may also request to transfer your registration to another participant prior to the event. Please contact us with the new participant’s information. “Name, email address, workshop and date”

Workshop Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that a workshop is canceled by Living Transformations, LLC:

You will receive the option of a full credit or
The ability to transfer to another scheduled date

Technical Issues

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the required technology (Zoom, internet connection, etc.). We cannot issue refunds for technical issues outside of our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in accessing the workshop.
