The Ties That Shape Us: Understanding and Healing Attachment Wounds
Workshop Description:
Early relationships leave lasting imprints that can shape every connection we form. The Ties That Shape Us: Understanding and Healing Attachment Wounds is an evidence-based workshop designed for mental health professionals who want to deepen their understanding of attachment disorders and strengthen their clinical toolkit. By examining attachment dynamics and interventions, we will identify patterns of insecure attachment, address situations and events that disrupt healthy bonds, and therapeutic approaches to guiding clients toward greater safety, trust, and resilience. Join us to explore how repairing the earliest ties can transform the way your clients relate to themselves and others.
